Customer Requirements:

KBS Computer Solutions Ultimate Tech Requirements:

    • PC cannot operate a server operating system
    • PC must have a current and paid antivirus subscription (no free services are acceptable)
    • PC must be in functional working order.
    • Broadband/high-speed internet connection required for remote access support

The custoemr must simply keep or maintain an active antivirus subscription
Payment will be made automatically with a Credit Card
Allow remote access diagnostics/repairs prior to any onsite service when utilizing UT plan
Any parts required for repairs are to be supplied by kbs at normal rate unless prior authorization by KBS management. Non kbs parts are not guaranteed by kbs nor is labor related to installation or repairs
